Purchasing from Jenny's Classroom (FAQ)
- Goods on Approval
Teachers can contact Jenny's Classroom to view goods on approval for 10 days and if you decide you want to keep them, you can pay from the invoice sent with the goods. If you decide they're not quite what you're after – no worries. As long as you return them within the specified time frame, in the same condition as you received them, there is no obligation to buy. We simply ask that you pay the return freight. (Please note that only stock lines can be taken out on Approval – random titles, CD, or those items that we don't have on the shelf are FIRM sale only).
- Freight
Jenny's Classroom freight Costs is $7.50 within Australia. Your order will be sent via Australia Post. For all overseas orders, please contact us for applicable postage rates.
- Returns
Jenny' s Classroom will refund (subject to our approval) or exchange goods purchased from the website provided they are returned in mint condition within 14 days of purchase. These goods must be accompanied by a tax invoice or receipt from us. All cassettes, DVD's, software, videos, CD's, sale items and study guides are recognised as being firm sale items. We will not accept these goods for return.
- Insurance
Jenny's Classroom do not insure goods sent within Australia. Insurance will be an additional cost.
- Prices
We endeavour to have all items featured on our website in stock at all times, however this may not always be possible. In this case your item will be backordered and sent out to you in due course.
Prices on the website are subject to change. We will endeavour to revise our website frequently so that prices are regularly updated.
Delivery charges for overseas orders will be calculated on receipt of order and customers will be notified of the costs involved. Please note that all items include GST and are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- GST
All prices on this site are GST inclusive.
Orders from Jenny's Classroom for items listed within this site that are 'temporarily out of stock' will be held on back order. They will be dispatched to you as soon as they become available, FREIGHT FREE.

- Payment Facilities
Jenny's Classroom accepts all forms of payment (excluding AMEX). All goods placed on account are subject to our strict Terms & Conditions.
Our website uses a fully secure online payment gateway. Online payments are made through  and all credit card details go directly and only to PayPal. We only receive a confirmation of the total that you have paid.
