Twelve lily pads are placed face down. The players form two teams, Red and Blue. Ten letter cards are chosen by each team.The spinner decides if the teams move against each other or alone. Work together to make a word that begins with the letter on the lily pad, then keep going until the timer runs out. If the team cannot make a word they feed their remaining cards to the crocodile and take ten new ones.
The first team accross the river wins. - Teaches letter recognition, spelling team playing and time awareness.
