The Year K Teaching Guide is set out in units of work. Each unit is laid out in the same format for ease of use and is directly linked to 2 pages of the student book. The teaching resources provided include teaching notes, oral, mental and hands-on activities and a worksheet for further consolidation.
The sequence of units provides a guide to the order of presentation. It follows the same order as suggested in the student book. However, this is flexible and teachers can choose their own progression through the course. The teaching resources include:
